This page contains the importnat dates and deadlines for High Schools who are attending the 46th Annual Model United Nations Conference.

September 10th, 2007

Country Requests Accepted

We have already begun assigning countries to schools. If you have not yet registered your country request, do not wait any longer! The seats are filling up fast.

October 8th, 2007

Country Requests Due

We will begin assigning countries on this day to schools from which we have received completed country requests.
We will start assigning countries in all traditional committees as well as the Spanish language and specialized committees.

*Note: Schools are not eligible for country requests if they have outstanding fees due to Arizona Model United Nations.

October 22, 2007

Scholarship Applications Due

Paris Peace Conference Simulation Applications are also due.

November 19, 2007

End of Free Country Registration

After this date, country registration will be $5 per country.

March 3rd, 2008

Payments and Position Papers Due

Delegate adn Advisor Registration fees are due as well as position papers. Please submet these materials by mail. Position papers received by March 10th will be docked 50 points. After March 10th, they will receive a zero.
Afer this day, an additional $5.00 per person is added to the balance for late payments.

March 21st and 22nd, 2008

Arizona MUN 46th Annual High School Conference

If payments and incurred late fees are not received at registration, you will not be allowed to register for the conference.

Please Note: We plan on holding several Regional Practices between the months of November and February. They are an opportunity for schools to come together and practice in an informal setting. If your school is interested in hosting and/or attending a Regional, please let us know.
