conference. Final schedules will be provided to all delegates and advisors at the conference. ***
------------------------ Friday, March 21st ------------------------
Registration: 8:30AM - 9:45AM
High school registration will be held in the Diamond Atrium. Schools will need to register
all delegates and advisors. Any incurred late fees will need to be paid at this time. All deleagtes
will receive a folder at registration which includes information on the conference and the Tucson area. Deleagte credentials and advisor packets will also be given.
Opening Ceremonies/Banquet: 10:00AM - 11:45AM
This years opening ceremonies has been remodeled! Creating a more formal atmoshpere, we are
integrating a banquet into the ceremonies. To find out more about the banquet, click on
"High Schools: Extras". In addition to the banquet we will have more speakers. There will be
three shorter speeches leading up to our Keynote speaker. The identities of these speakers will not
be revealed until a later date.
Committee Session #1: 12:00PM - 3:00PM
Delegates will move directly into their first committee session after the opening ceremonies.
Break: 3:00PM - 3:45PM
Committee Session #2: 3:45PM - 6:45PM
Delegates will report back to their respective committee rooms after dinner.
Dinner Break: 7:00PM - 8:00PM
All schools will have an hour to eat dinner at their desired location. The University's student
Union will be available to all attending delegates. There are also many other close by restaurants.
If unfamiliar with the area- Dont Worry! A guide to the local area will be included in the folder at registration.
Also, we will coordinate attendance to local religious services at the request of members around campus in order for students to observe Good Friday. Please let us know in advance and we will work with you.
Delegate Dance: 8:00PM - 10:00PM

------------------------ Saturday, March 22nd ------------------------
Committee Session #3: 8:00AM - 11:30AM
Delegates will report directly to their committee rooms on saturday morning.
Lunch: 11:30PM - 1:00PM
All delegates will have an hour to eat lunch at thier desired location. Committee Session #4: 1:00PM - 3:00PM
Delegates will report back to their committee rooms after the lunch break.
Closing Ceremony: 3:00PM - 4:30PM
Closing ceremonies will take place right after the 4th committee session and will be held in the same room as opening ceremonies.
