Who can learn Taekwondo?
Anyone, at any level, age, or fitness level, can benefit from Taekwondo. The ATA has active students ranging in age from 4 years old to 80 years old, and there is a special abilities division as well. The ATA also has the largest number of active female black belts of any martial arts organization in the world.
How can I get involved?
Interested people at any experience level are always welcome and encouraged to check out the classes for no charge! Just wear a T-shirt and a pair of sweats and see what ATA Taekwondo is all about. For information in addition to what is offered on this site, contact Instructor or the president.
