We will be forming a committee of 10 people to work on this project. If you are interested in applying, please contact Danette Schwartz at danettes@email.arizona.edu for more information.
- Leadership Positions Available
- There are many ways to get involved in CKI. This year there will be many leadership positions that we welcome everyone to apply for!
- Dues
- In order to be recognized as a member of CKI and to participate in our events, you must pay your dues. Dues are ordinarily $33 dollars for the entire year, which go to the district and international levels of CKI and provide you with insurance in case you get hurt at an event. You will also receive a membership card, pin, and handbook. We will be holding an official induction ceremony for dues-paid members later this fall.
- Dues will be due on September 19. We are working to lower the cost of dues this year, but we have not come up with a final amount yet. If for any reason you cannot pay your dues, do not give up on CKI! Please contact Danette Schwartz at danettes@email.arizona.edu.
- T-Shirt Design Contest
- We will be voting on the best t-shirt design this year for club t-shirts. If you are interested in submitting a design, you are more than welcome!
- Beads of Courage
- Beads of Courage is a non-profit organization that sends bead kits to hospitals all over the country to benefit children who are fighting cancer. For each medical procedure that a child undergoes, he/she receives a bead to represent his/her journey through cancer treatment.
- Beads of Courage now has a new store on Broadway! Please consider volunteering at the store this semester! More information to come.
