Psi Chi Membership
Psi Chi Pledge
- Meets memberships requirements of National Headquarters (see bottom of page)
- Completes application and pays $75.00 dues
- Attends two speaker meetings
- Attends two socials
- Participates in one other event, a philanthropy is suggested.
If all the above requirements are met by the end of the semester, active status will be achieved. If only membership requirements are met, application is completed, and dues are paid, passive status will be achieved.
Active Psi Chi Member
- Has been inducted into Psi Chi
Outstanding Active Psi Chi Member
- Has been inducted into Psi Chi
- Attends four or more Psi Chi functions in any combination
- If outstanding active status is maintained, your name will be given to all psychology professors as "Outstanding Active Psi Chi Member"
Membership Requirements of National Headquarters
- 3.0 cumulative grade point average
- 3.0 grade point average in all psychology coursework
- Completed a minimum of 9 units in psychology
- Class standing of 2nd semester sophomore or above
