Information

The U of A Flying Club's mission is to help students who are interested in flying, for fun or as a career, to discover and experience the joy of flying. It also gives students a chance to network with others interested in flying and brings their dreams a little closer into reach! The club is open to and welcomes all students. You don't have to know a thing about flying!

The U of A Flying club meets every other week during the semester.

Next Club Meeting: Wednesday March 26, 7:00PM Location : AME S336.  Hope to see all of you there!

Next Flyout: TBA

Make sure to join the listserv for information on upcoming events!

For more upcoming events, please refer to the calendar page!

Club dues are $20/semester .
A typical meeting includes such things as planning and reviewing of events, a guest (or a member) speaker, and plenty of time to talk to other aviation enthusiasts about any topic you can imagine. Some recent events have included a tour of the Ryan Airfield control tower, demonstration flights for non-pilots in small aircraft, fly-outs to airports around the state, and a tour of the full-motion flight simulators at Flight Safety International and America West Airlines. We hope you can join us on our next event!

Topics and Activities at the Next Meeting
