Taryn Jackson
As a graduate student at the U of A, I played with Scorch for 2 seasons, from 2003-2005. I had a great time improving my Ultimate skills, getting in shape, and playing and partying all the other awesome Scorch women. My only regret is that I didn't play with Scorch earlier so that I could get my 5 years of college eligibility in before I graduated. So if you are a U of A student, get out there and start playing with Scorch right now!
I'm currently finishing up my PhD in Neuroscience and am playing Ultimate with the Arizona women's club team blAZe. I'll be graduating and leaving Tucson soon, but plan to form a "Scorch Reunion" team at some point, so I'm looking forward to seeing and playing with everyone again in the future.
