Rosetta Mui, currently a Junior majoring in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, started doing Wushu at the age of five and joined the Hong Kong Wushu Team in 1994.  She came to the USA in 2001 and started teaching Wushu at U of A in September of that year.

She has been to several competitions worldwide and has received many awards.  In spite of having surgery for a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) just months before, she managed to take 8th place in women's Nan Quan at the 13th Asian Games.  Rosetta manages to serve as a role model for her students, since she is dedicated to both her studies and also training in and teaching Wushu.
