Listserv Help

To subscribe to a list, send email to listserv@listserv.arizona.edu with the following as the only line in the body of the message.

          subscribe xxxxxx Firstname Lastname  

          unsubscribe xxxxxx  

Substitute the list you want to unsubscribe from for xxxxxx.
