UA Campus Greens By-Laws


  1. Cabinet
    1. President
      1. Coordinates all activities of the organization
      2. Liaison to University community
      3. Official representative of organization
      4. Presides over meetings of the steering committee
      5. Calls regular and special meetings
      6. Acts as a member of the steering committee in all other regards
    2. Treasurer
      1. Liaison to ASUA for the purpose of organizational funding
      2. Maintains accurate and current account of all organizational funds
      3. Responsible for dispensing of funds in accordance with goals and programs established by organization
      4. Acts as a member of the steering committee in all other regards
    3. Other Steering Committee Members
      1. SC Members shall take turns preparing agenda for meetings
      2. Whichever member prepares the agenda shall also preside at the meeting
      3. May optionally volunteer for some other duty for the length of his/her term, including (but not limited to) the following
        1. Secretary
        2. Webmaster
        3. Liaison to the Green Party
  2. Meetings

    3. Meetings will be open to all organization active and associate members, faculty, and the Center for Student Involvement & Leadership representatives. A notice of at least 2 weeks will be given prior to all meetings. The meetings are to be organized and controlled by officers and active members.
