First meeting of Spring 08
Welcome Back to the Spring Semester
We hope you guys all had a great winter break. As we get back into the swing of things with the usual papers, homework, and of course…exams, we also want to get NSCS up and active. Expect some good service, social, and PFCS activities this semester!

NSCS advisor appreciation day is February 6th. This is an opportunity to show your appreciation to our advisor for the help he provides our chapter. If you would like to send him a thank you email, his email address is riley@ag.arizona.edu
CALENDAR OF EVENTS
FEBRUARY SOCIAL
Come join us for a night of bowling on February 25th, Go Bowling Day. We will be getting together at one of the local bowling alleys and playing a few games. Look for an email with details about the location, time, and cost in the next couple of weeks. Already interested or have questions? Send Jael an email at jaelr@email.arizona.edu
FEBRUARY CHAPTER MEETING
The next chapter meeting will be on February 20th at 5:30pm. The exact location will be disclosed as soon as that information becomes available.
FEBRUARY SERVICE EVENTS
Several possible service opportunities are being looked into, one of which is the food bank. More details will be provided by Cody.
MARCH TO COLLEGE DAY
Each year, one of NSCS signature events is march to college day. This is a day when an NSCS chapter hosts a visiting school on their campus in hopes of encouraging them to attain a college education. This year, the date for our march to college day is APRIL 23rd. Mark your calendars! If you would llike to help out with the coordination of the event or on the actual day, contact Andrea at Woodard@email.arizona.edu further details will be provided as we get closer to the date.
